BRITTANIE MATTESON
Brittanie M. Matteson is certified by the State Bar of California as a Certified Family Law Specialist. This distinction is reserved only for family law attorneys that have met stringent qualification criteria, including extensive litigation experience and a track record of successfully negotiated settlements.
Attorney Matteson has practiced exclusively in Family Law since her admission to the bar in December 2010. She works tirelessly to provide expertise, experience, and compassion to her clients. Ms. Matteson is an aggressive litigator, accomplished trial attorney, and effective negotiator for her clients. She is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the San Diego Family Law Bar Association. In her first year of practice, Ms. Matteson received recognition from The Daily Transcript as one of the best new attorneys in San Diego.
Ms. Matteson handles all aspects of Family Law, including dissolution of marriage and domestic partnership, property division, custody and visitation, alimony and child support, paternity, and domestic violence.
Attorney Matteson graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2007 earning her Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Law and Society and a minor in English. She obtained her Juris Doctor (cum laude) from California Western School of Law in 2010, with scholarship and scholastic distinction.
ROSS MATTESON
Ross Matteson practices exclusively in Family Law, handling a range of cases involving dissolution of marriage and domestic partnership, property division, custody and visitation, alimony and child support, and domestic violence. Mr. Matteson has prior experience in business litigation and calls on that experience to serve his Family Law clients. Mr. Matteson is an aggressive litigator and trial lawyer, but also understands the complexities of your case require care and finesse. Mr. Matteson received his juris doctor from the University of San Diego, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Matteson was a member of the San Diego International Law Journal. Mr. Matteson received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with an emphasis in International Relations, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. At UCSB, Mr. Matteson was recognized by induction into Phi Beta Kappa.
